| Capa disco "Green", shadoW |
Some who create need the world around them. shadoW needed to step away from it. Since 1998, this one-woman band has existed at the edge of the audible — no face, no statements, no concessions. Music that doesn't seek to be found, but that when it finds someone, stays. Hauntological, ritual, emotionally unfiltered. Like walking into a dense forest without a map and realising, halfway through, that you don't want to turn back.
Green is the name of what's coming. It is also the name of what has already arrived — two tracks, GREEN and Broken TrVst, recorded and produced entirely by shadoW between Portugal and Norway.
Portugal and Norway — the Atlantic and the Arctic, two worlds crossed by a single vision, no hand but her own. Intense and personal as a diary never meant to be read — and that still says everything. The album arrives in 2027. Twenty-five years of work, several projects, several countries. shadoW is where everything converges — and where nothing needs explaining. Before there was Loss and Guilt (2010), The Leaver (2011), It Only Hurts When We Stop Laughing (2012), Secrets (2017). A body of work that asks for no context — only silence to be heard. GREEN and Broken TrVst available now. The album Green, 2027.
