ROASTED SEABREAM W/ MASHED POTATOES AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients:
Sea bream
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Red pepper
Green pepper
Potatoes
Olive oil
Garlic
Onions
Parsley
Coriander

Season the seabream with salt, olive oil, tomato paste, bell pepper and lemon juice. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
Chop half an onion and two garlic cloves and let it cook in the wok until golden, mix the red and green pepper, let it cook and mix the sliced potatoes, cook and mix water slowly while mashing the potatoes. Mix the ingredients and let it cook until mashed. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped parsley and coriander.


DOURADA NO FORNO COM MIGAS DE BATATA E LEGUMES
Ingredientes:
Dourada
Sal
Pimenta
Sumo de limão
Pimento vermelho
Pimento verde
Batatas
Azeite
Alho
Cebola

Preparar a dourada com sal grosso, azeite e sumo de limão. Levar ao forno por 40 minutos
Cortar cebola e alho e deixar dourar no wok, juntar pimento vermelho e verde cortado, deixar cozinhar e juntar batatas cortadas aos palitos, cozinhar e ir juntando água aos poucos enquanto se esmaga com um garfo. Ir misturando e mexendo, cozinhar até ficar com a consistência de puré. Ir temperando com sal e pimento. Esmigalhar com o garfo e acrescentar salsa e coentros picados.
